What We Do

Wesley College’s  Objectives:

Wesley College is based on the concept that education is a continuous, lifelong process for equipping persons with knowledge, skills and values which will develop their potential as creative human beings and as productive citizens.

  • Wesley College offers comprehensive education of a high standard for all ages from infancy through adulthood.
  • Wesley College encourages the development of healthy, reliable and industrious citizens. In order to instill a sense of responsibility in each student, duties are delegated and meaningful functions carried out by the students themselves.
  • Wesley College places a definite emphasis on discipline and Christian Citizenship.
  • Wesley College’s graduates attain high academic achievements at Bahamian, American, British, and Canadian colleges.

The institution is a co-educational school of less than one hundred students. The High School course is normally of six years duration and the students are placed in social groups called Grades. Organized on comprehensive lines after the British pattern, the school caters to pupils of varying ability levels and from a variety of socio-economic backgrounds.

  • High School: Grades 7 - 12
